After achieving her Swiss Advanced Certificate in Culinary Arts at César Ritz Colleges in Le Bouveret, Switzerland, Amy pursued a career in hospitality for three years. She worked at establishments such as; The Dorchester Hotel in London, The Rosewood Hotel in London and the Park Hyatt Hotel in Saigon, Vietnam. Whilst living in Vietnam, her taste for travel, new cultures and passion for new ventures was sparked! In the three years Amy spent living in Vietnam becoming fluent in the Vietnamese language, she witnessed the exponential growth of the country and its economy and felt the same opportunities were available in her home country, Zimbabwe and the rest of Africa and decided to return home.
Once back in Zimbabwe, Amy moved to the finance/property sector where she has worked for the past four and a half years as an Executive Assistant at firms and organisations such as; Innscor Africa Ltd, Helios Investment Partners LLP and The Blackstone Group International Partners LLP. Amy’s hospitality and service experience and skillset, combined with her worldly experience and a keen interest in the finance sector, has made her a dynamic and valuable member of the team as she sees opportunity where others might see obstacles.
